Not sure whether i am looking at the same quarterly as you, have you look at their staff costs for Dec and march quarters? The staff cost is nearly 90% of the cash receipts. The staff costs on the financial is actually the consolidated payment for employees and associated.
so i don't where do you get the impression of the directors are not getting pay
