Conclusion on page 6 of first link shows how they are addressing their rural sewerage treatment problems in recent years, and likely never even heard of the word "Fluence".

The mabr China dream looks to me to have been a con job on easily misled investors, myself being one unfortunately. Some since sold at a large loss. Some like me hang on to hopefully get their investment back.
