Does anyone know whether RWL has ever done any work in Africa?
With the US$100m African MOU due to be signed by second quarter, it makes you wonder how Fluence is going to achieve this feat without having a presence or history in the region.
I can't help but wonder whether CGGC will play some role in this, as they do have a presence and a history of large engineering projects in Africa.
Could this potentially be the reason why CGGC have not started the rollout of MABR units? They are waiting for Fluence to sign the African agreement and get the engineering role, which will be part of their wider global cooperation agreement?
All speculation of course.
