One thing for sure is it is going to be sold or liquidated. If somebody buys it, it will be at a bargain price but will be thinking they can get it working. If not I feel for those that are going to lose the lot. Except one G6M investor, he deserves all he gets for constantly unnecessarily down ramping EQR.
