    Hey Scott, You missed the Regal Resources Royalties Fund from the list of companies that have done their due diligence and decided to invest and or collaborate. For those that don't know Regal purchased a 3% royalty off EQR for 10 million AUD cash back in 2022.

    It is starting to become a pretty impressive list.
