They aren't pretending to be the answer to all medical problems with CBD oil....with or without THC.
They aren't trying to be the biggest rec. cannabis producer. Just trying to get a foothold into the market....and find what works and what doesn't.
Unfortunately, That all takes time, and people don't want to see the SP wane as it does with little income and lots of spending. But that is the nature of company value.

Can someone actually confirm if there is any spending involved with these collaboration...? I'd assume this would apply to provision of products to be distributed by hempmate. The distributor receives a wholesale price and marks up the price as desired rather than a direct payment as this would have to be disclosed in the announcement...
