I can see how this one came into existence- maybe:
EGR's board - Director 1: Gents let the news pump before the AGM begin in the hopes that people do not vote no and give us a second strike. This would mean we are in trouble and may not get our performance rights. What should we do? We dont have anything to show for and these clowns on HC are starting to figure this out.
EGR's board - Director 2: Hey how about an MOU with someone ? I know a mate of a mate that knows the sister who has an uncle that knows someone that works at this company somewhere. Let me send them a message
EGR's board - Director 3: Brilliant this shows we actually work - we deserve our performance rights
