Critical Preliminary Environmental Review (PER) and ESIA required for final permitting at Abu Dhabi Chem plant location...yet to be seen (is it Dec, Jan, Feb?)
Update on salary/expense accruals which would determine the realistic Cash on Hand ($3.5m is actually a lot less)...close to trading while insolvent?...CR still imminent as debt funding is still waaay off
