Really?

No ann has been released to the market from LPD saying anything like that.

An unsuspecting buyer who hasn't done their research properly would assume GXY was still "all in". They would buy into LPD thinking one of the biggest cash up Lithium companies on the ASX was backing LPD.

As they should believe.

LPD hasn't updated the market in 3 years as to the status of the "strategic alliance".

I was right 12 months ago about GXY continually selling down.
I was right about where the SP was heading on multiple occasions.
I was right the next ann from GXY here would be her last as she ceased to be a substantial holder.

I broke down the ins & outs of yesterdays ann while everyone else was too busy "high-fiving" one another.

The next ann I'm waiting on is the LOI with BASF.

I'm happy to go on the record as stating "BASF will extent the LOI at least another 6 months ".

I will graciously admit I was wrong if the next LOI ann doesn't say that!
