If CLL isn't capable of delivering on its promise to pay royalties, or build an LMax plant, then all that's happened here today with this ann is LPD got to pay off some debt & successfully dilute shareholder wealth once again through a 100 million share option, after specifically telling shareholders no dilution would occur to pay off the debt at the last AGM.
Or do management think LPD won't be worth 1.6 cents in 2 years therefore the options won't be exercised?
