exactly. some people appear to be misunderstanding what MOU's can mean.
Sure they're not binding but what they do create is competition. If RNU's Stage 1 production numbers are over-subscribed with MOU's it can lead to those partners offering more favourable terms to the contract, provided they're still interested. If MC and POSCO offer some funding or partnership on the BAM that may edge them over Hanwa, or vice versa. Just because we haven't heard anything about those MOU's in a 12+ months does not meant hey are dead in the water.
The more the merrier.
