This has and continues to be for people who have patience and are willing to wait IMO. All the prime reasons for success have been outlined in previous comments, it is just a matter of time until the rewards substantiate nicely. Grabbed more on Monday morning at 8.6, not the best price but still very happy with it. I am content to wait a few years, this is a long-term investment for me with expectations that are high.
