    Yes, bargain price is right. Did they want to set the price before any increases associated with taking the MoU to binding? Obviously I haven't seen the MoU but as it is non-binding, I would have thought the price for buy in would be non-binding too? Unless there was a benefit for RNU to stick to it...This suggests to me is a pathway to binding with milestones etc, if they are met then POSCO gets the good price and RNU gets the money. Just a guess, but... in six months say, why else would RNU say fine we'll accept an offer based upon the price 6 months ago? I would think this suggests a firmer agreement and a shorter timescale for agreement, depending on milestones.
