If it's good enough for Instos/SI's at 1.6, op ex @ 2 cents Dec 18, I'm happy to soak some more @1.4. If the bid @1.3 falls and becomes sell @1.3, I'll further the opportunity. Don't understand what's happening on-market, but some of the acreage is going for $41,000. Even allowing for a decent average price per acre, SP at this price is a gift.
