The VTT modus operandi is to make fees for consulting . They are a state set up in Finland with a lot of pencil heads .. Masters of this & that ... to make any of this stuff functional requires a lot of lab time and they don't do this for charity .. the stuff has to be pure and made down - then to test printability requires more fees ... would be interesting to know how much has been paid and what the extra work will cost ..to end of January .. Xmas - New Year is time out .. they are all downing their spiked ,mulled Xmas liquid.
They also are in the hunt themselves for patents and patenting ... so all sorts of games .
