    Is everyone reading the same announcement? The company comes out and states that it has received a proposal to fully fund and operate the plant ie. totally derisking NSL and people find negatives in that. I find it very funny and thank you for the opportunity to accumulate more cheap stock. And YES NSL is clearly moving forward! GLTAH
