WTH are you talking about? The current plant came from the Chinese as well, and we also have a binding JV with Wei Hua Group for a greenfields steel making plant, and yet you jumped in knowing that obviously, or otherwise you have no idea what you're talking about, or both? either way you seem awfully confused
