The agreement is further to the Huate agreement, no one has been fired, but it does look like they have the tech to surpass Huate and ultimately build the next phase.

This is the opportunity to team up with ANOTHER partner who 1/ wants in to India and 2/ has the financial, industry and technology requirements to take NSL from 200ktpa to 2.5mtpa rapidly, by end 2019...POW.

There is answer to when and how in black and white. 8Mtpa seems not such a leap of faith any longer.
