Upfront, or short term payments/injections to retailers are fraught with danger. Pay for year in year out performance or you'll be dropped like a hot potato when the juice runs out in the next financial year and your competitor stumps up with an annual sales incentive or better terms....or they sell your shares as soon as a profit hole shows up and there goes the "alliance"

All Kristy is doing is diluting shareholders over and over. This one also moves cash discount payments away from the P&L so she can claim her lucrative options by surpassing the profit targets. Should be called the FREE STOCK FOR FREE OPTIONS deal

the thing is daigou only visited other pharmacies if CW sold out what they need. CW channel is much more important than other sale channel.
