Fantastic news. Another milestone now closing by having a very large landholding in the area.
Very much turning into a 2horse race inside this complex now IMO. other smaller land holdings may still provide a good RvR in the area but looks like MEI and VMM will control the overall optic.
Large landholding now eliminating more potential competition. Also now have multiple areas where the can target the highest grade, best metallurgical properties when it's time for FS and mining.
Based on Lynas recent quarterly they aren't really making a profit at current pricing. puts a line through almost every other hardrock project.
I still think MEI and VMM would be viable at today's prices based on projected revenues and using an AISC aligned to current peers in construction/feasibility.
