I totally understand where you are coming from. I was a holder in MTM, which got totally annilated (much worse than SUM has been), but thankfully made an amazing comeback (due to an acquisition), which allowed me to exit. But, no fun at all, when you're living throught it.
I believe we can make a similar recovery, as long as we buy assets cheap.
I am personally pleased we have turned to Uranium, as the world is not producing enough Uranium to meet demand, and have effectively been relying on ex military reserves to supply the shortfall. However, with demand rising, and a new Cold War brewing, I believe things could change rapidly (i.e Russia could halt exports and effectively destroy Europe's economy, namely France), likely forcing supply alternatives, such as those from WA.
But you are correct...there are no guarantees.
However, there is no way (I believe) we could have picked up the approx 3.3m pounds of Uranium for just $40,000, if mining was approved. So it could up being an amazing acquisition ('could' being the key word).
Plus, there might be some upgrades as part of the Stallion MRE?
To be fair l, Gower hasn't been in long, and it was Jk, who was behind most of the former acquisitions.
