Unless the WA Government has suggested, indicated, offered, proposed or introduced legislation to the parliament changing the law regarding U mining in WA, this is all an absolute non-starter.
Same goes for anyone else in WA trying to flog their theoretical U credentials (excluding the single company project with "grandfathered" permission).
Opinion, commentary, hopes, dreams, prayers, likelihoods, etc. mean little.
If the company is serious about it, they should write to the government to confirm their latest position on the matter.
