I'm sure they probably do! But why not propose an earn-in JV. Spending that kind of cash to earn a long lead time royalty only on success seems silly. At least with an earn-in with their best efforts and expenditure they could obtain >20% ownership on the tenure. I maintain a vgood deal for LGM!
