its an interesting announcement...ive not seen an 1st right of refusal to buy a project (twin hills) built into a farm in with another project (Mt Coolon)
the farm in is actually pretty well weighted to GBZ favor...but the time frame is long covering 6 years
min spend: $2m or 24months
Stage 1: an additional $5m over the following 12 months after the min spend
Stage2: an additional 18m over the following 3yrs from stage1
i cant help but feel Newcrest have their eye on Twin Hills and Yandan, and using this as an option
