ok to me this is a critical step, I am reading between the lines in the sense that we must have a great deal of international interest and this company will be in the best position to secure us the most financially viable deal/s. I imagine all investor interest is now being handled by them and not in house by COB so there time will be best spent proving up the tech and getting this project off the ground
