I can guarantee I’ve got a lot more on the lineon this one than most folk and I think we’ve got is a deal going through legal.
As someone who deals with subscription agreementsand syndicated facilities as their trade, I’ve experienced legal documentation take4 months for both parties to sign off on….funnily the commerce (via termsheets) was agreed upon 2 months before that process started
Negotiations > commerce finalised > legal> execution
