I think it works like this:
You find a Tapp Agent and you give him cash which is credited to your account on the app.
You can then use the app to buy goods from sellers who are also on the app.
I don't know how delivery of the purchased goods happens.
Probably limited to buyers and sellers in the same area.
Is it a combination of Bitcoin and eBay ??
I think Tapp Group will have trouble with the ASX when/if it seeks a listing.
