And they are looking to offload the station to Red5. From what I can see TNR/ASR paid $3 million for the station and $1million for the contracting business that was supposed to generate $1million of free cash flow annually - nothing like this appears to have eventuated. Seems to have been a total dud investment and will be interesting to see what price this can be sold to Red5 for.
