The market hates uncertainty, and pdn is being manipulated big time. There is nothing negative in the announcement . In fact they are confirming that there is indeed TWO parties wishing to buy into LH. So there is interest and not just from one party. All good. But the delay creates uncertainty, and the bots are onto this. Still it looks too me like a possible capitulation, which is good for the long term technicals
