No Jono, Computershare is not a Broker. Computer share manages share registry of Companies
who avails their service ie Records of Addresses of Holders and Bank Accounts for Dividend deposits.
Computershare is a stock transfer agent, which means that they simply keep the corporate
shareholder records for listed companies.
