Consolidation of regional projects and central processing is a perfectly strong strategy, RMS are executing. If we're being honest of course RMS will make good money, even paying upwards of $100/ reserve oz, and likewise EXU holders get a good deal too with 20% of a 200kozpa producer. consider the alternative if the TO fails... sp falls, further dilution, longer finance and development timeframe, not trying to scaremonger that's just an honest view.

ALK may have overreached with this one... they don't have that much cash and 20% of a project that may be developed in 3 years isn't going to help them out of their near term predicament

I'd like to see RMS increase the offer after EXU's coming newsflow by say 2c cash and that should get it over the line.

Exu will be mining within 18 months I would say ,,, maybe Mace initially,,, your timeframe is nonsense.

Cornerstone investor with plenty of capital and expertise who only take 12% stake, leaving shareholders with all the upside of a whole new gold province, Rather than an opportunistic predator who wants to steal the whole lot for 4/1 currently worth about 10 cents ..No wonder uptake as at october 30th after nearly 7 weeks 5% !!!! ....shareholders st EXU too smart, ..I think only the Dude and rhart have given their shares away,,,,tied up, cant trade, and are beholdent to what ever RMS decide...wouldnt want my hands and money tied up like that...
