I doubt it. 1 for 4 and 2c cash doesn't even bring the offer back to the equivalent initial value. And if anyone is accepting with the view to sell out I'm sceptical that they'll even get that much.
To be honest, I would have liked to have seen the deal pass. But RMS have stuffed this up badly. If they had come in with a reasonable offer the deal would be done and dusted. They had the option to play ball but they spat the dummy. And with the disappointing (in my opinion) quarterly it's going to be an uphill battle to convince anyone else that their offer is the best way forward.
