Convertible notes are to fund a further expansion as part of the yet to be released 2025 strategic plan, until we see this plan & the results that are due it's hard to judge them.
However the chance of getting an 8% annual return plus a potential significant capital return sounds very tempting.
I've convertible notes work very well for companies & also not so well.
Bonafide increasing there stake is interesting, who approached who?
Bonafide had been increasing their holding & this is an easy way for them to do so off market at the current price. I'd also expect them to take up their convertibles as well.
The development in the litigation is interesting, what have they found that they want to expand the case on? Sounds positive.
