I kind of like this long term, it's been very clear that JLS and the other directors have no idea how to run a company and now songtrader, who is significantly more successful, will be calling the shots.
My first move would be fire everyone and bring in my own board of directors, cut JLS stupidly high salary and focus on completing more of the API deals because there is clearly not enough interest in memberships to make this company break even.
A positive step in the right direction for once.
