I really cant imagine these guys running up to JP with a bag full of money and saying quick Mr JP run out and try and find something for us without first doing some sort of Due Diligence.
Surely they would have their own Geo's or employ a contractor for some sort of an idea that there's a chance of finding something.
Just thinking
