Answer:"they know something all of us don't". Especailly when IGO is involved in the Mt Alexander project.

$30M market cap -> worth a bet in my book (risk/reward in the favour of the holder at these prices).
Valid concern is cash in the bank $3M is not gonna do too much but who knows? They might hit and that's the gamble
