From my brief look I think its slightly different, 4DX looks like its larger hospitals will buy the large licence fee and then charge per scan but its just 1 unit working at a time? Please correct me if thats wrong as I would like to be sure of that.

SHG is more of a wider approach. So looking at the Hospital setting they target individual licence fees for each doctor which may be $1000 and then they have to purchase 1000 patient licence fees at a discounted rate of say $15 so total package $16k, doesnt seem like much but in these hospitals you have say 10-20 doctors per specialist department. Then when each file is sent between the Doctor and the patient there is a transfer fee that SHG charge.

The way I have looked it as there are large dominoes being each doctor and as each large domino falls it tips over 1000 smaller dominoes out to each side, the benefit here is that when one of these smaller dominoes goes to another doctor as is the case when people are ill they have multiple specialist to see - the doctor then signs up as well and creates a web of these larger and smaller dominoes. Then when looking at the dominoes you have to remember that between all of them there is a constant transfer of files happening with SHG clipping their ticket the whole time. At the completion of the 12month patient licence the doc can choose to renew or the patient takes over, these patients wont want to loose their data so they will take over the fee so it becomes sticky ARR. Noting that currently in the US ill patients have to carry stacks and stacks of CD ROMs from doctor to doctor. I'm not sure what the fee would be to transfer a file but even if its a small amount it could be huge in revenue if there is decent uptake in the software

The above is just the file transfer and storage benefits and doesnt even look at how beneficial the tech is, there are alot of vidoes online that show what it can do but to be working with Sony I think shows that they are on the right track. Its pretty amazing what the tech can do so from a Doctors perspective I think it not only would help with diagnosing and surgery etc it also makes accessing their old scans alot easier.

Im not sure how it would work in the Defence sector with regards to commercialisation or implementation but I know they run their own hospitals over there so may be similar.

I believe and invested here as I think if they can penetrate the US there could be a real flow on effect with uptake and the benefits to hospitals and patients is huge. With CG1 investing to the company at a premium shows their confidence in the possibilities. I like that management put their wages on accrual rather than CR as with low shares on issue they easily could have done a raise. So now it seems they have enough cash to keep them going while they pursue contracts.

Ive just got the above figures of the website and makes alot of assumptions. Until they can sign something its still high risk but for me the potential reward is enough
