Appreciate the contrary sentiment providing balance,
in this case however it appears that the AEV we knew, is no more and has been used as a vehicle for an overseas company to to obtain OZ resources by stealth.
But I agree, things are often not as they seem and there can be all amount of skull duggery when it comes to financial matters much like the magic of accounting outlined in the loan terms. As long as they follow through with their stated intentions everyone will be happy.
