Couldn't agree more. Entering into an agreement for millions for the Taiwanese IP without any solid progress was a massive misstep. The deal was really poorly handled, no doubt.
I can’t help but wonder if those two resigned directors had a part in it. Folks said that they are both lawyers, you’d think they’d nail the agreements and terms. Maybe they ticked off Hebang, and that's why they had to bounce. Just speculating here, but it makes you wonder.
