    re: Ann: Strategic investment from Sumitomo a... Logic wrong in my previous post. I assumed a SP nearer $14 than the current $10.85. A rights issue at $12 when the SP is somewhat lower will most assuredly fail. Maybe a rights issue around 1 for 8 at say $9.50 may be nearer the mark. Any other guestimates?
