I’d think old RFN is “dead”, that’s why share price dropped from $2 to 0.8c
RFN, appointed few blockchain directors and is acquiring a US based blockchain tech company, they seem rebuilding the company. Loyyal is more specially in BaaS and already has clients, that’s why RFN paying about A$3m for 12.8-14.8%, imo.
