Tim Lea = MBA in Finance (wrote corporate insolvency prediction model as part of his MBA thesis). Worked for HSBC in Receivables Finance dept from Feb'11 to May'14, became an independent film make and freelancer digital content producer after that and started his own company to protect digital assets from piracy ... hence the Blockchain involvement.
