FSCO accumulates debt with no repayment - this has happened so many times with CRO/ Spenda it's hard to keep up with the losses and overpayments
Spenda takes a minimal stake goes on board and takes continual fees from Spenda to boot (just watch)
FSCO eventually buys out Spenda for zilch to almost zilch (the escape door)
Shareholders scratch head in unison
