I can’t comment on how many customers there currently are however it is definitely more than 600. The customer acquisition cost is very favourable particularly when you have an understanding of the claims costs etc consequently 50x growth isn’t required to get to scale. I can’t say exactly what X is needed however it’s a surprisingly low quantum hence the investment from ENA.
The key advantages to this deal are the synergies that seemed pretty obvious. Once they come into play then scaling up should be of great benefit to both parties.
Margins are very different for SaaS platforms and when given a pathway of existing customers to roll out then the outcome should be successful to say the least.
