re: Ann: Strategic Investment in Korean REE C... ORM acquires an initial 20% stake in Ultimate Resources Pty Ltd (Australia), an Australian based South Korean entity.
So who is Ultimate Resources?
And who are their directors and principal shareholders and owners?
Shareholders are not given much information in this release.
More information would be appreciated.
Anyway, as reported in June 2011, Ultimate Resources purchased all of the shares in Jin Seong Inc, a South Korean Coal Mining company (bituminous coal and lignite surface mining).
I may be reading too much between the lines here, but I am assuming that while exploring for coal, Jin Seong "may" have hit upon some rare earth dirt. Who knows? How can we tell?
Ultimate Resources acquires Jin Seong Inc
So who was Jin Seong Inc, and how much coal do they have? Do any of their coal projects have rare earths? Do Ultimate Resources have any "granted" rare earth tenements, or are they using the ORM funds for rare earth tenement applications, which are still pending?
There are a lot questions that need answering here.
This may be a great deal, or not, how are we to know?
Like a supportive shareholder friendly company, I can only assume that ORM will soon release a detailed information package on these investments, and their potential to make shareholders a substantial profit in the future.
