Went for a look-see on the Rox website, and Rio can go to 75% of EPM26332 by spending $3.5m. This covers the E1 target (I think, but its right on the border of EPM26332.
Rio don't have JV over other EPM's which is great because the other EPM's look pretty good to me.
Here's some other cool stuff about our surroundings. Right next to "E1" target highlighted in blue, is a block that does not have any permit name/number associated with it. Let's hope Rox have either applied for it, or will apply for it in the future. EPM 8609 is held in the name of MOUNT MARGARET MINING PTY LTD which seems to be related to Glencore.
Looking at google earth there seems to have been some activity there.
