Great announcement today. Sovereign risk evaporated completely, they are in too deep now.
Auser the way I see it unfolding is,
1. PPSA
2. Eastern lease prospective resource number, I'm expecting a whopper bigger than Mukuyu and more oil prone and significantly derisked.
3. Flow test. I personally believe this has the potential to shoot us past 20c easily on a very positive flow rate, Lower Angwa could be a monster.
4. Farm in, which I expect to come after PPSA and flow test. Of the two I would guess flow test is the most important.
5. Eastern well or shelf edge. ~1500m deep will be very quick to drill and cheap IF the 40% saving is made. 2 weeks + appraisal and ~ $15 million Au
All the above has the potential to be completed b y end of the year.
A big flow rate and a discovery in shelf edge and it could be a very merry Christmas for IVZ and long suffering holders.
