The Zimbabwean Investment groups involved would have a lot better idea of what is there than those of us relying on ASX announcements. After the diesel hills debacle, I would assume they would be extremely gun shy about jumping on board anything to do with hydrocarbons until it is a damn near proven fact.
There seems to be a lot of confidence being projected everywhere (the exception being the regular down rampers on here, the volume level and veracity of their shrills, and the share price movement).
