    I have no insight in to what order everything will happen.
    I see this announcement as basically saying Mutapa are on board and will be the Gov entity to take the production share.
    To me this suggests that Ppsa may still be a while off but having Mutapa running the show will be enough to give a farminee confidence.
    Who knows?
