Given they are looking to fund works and drilling over the 3 leases, logically the farm out will be for all 3.
My guess it will be 10-22% given away. They have been loath to give anything away, 3 shallow wells and % of back costs isn't a huge expense in the grand scheme of things, also remembering these guys see the data room and do their due diligence on that not on the manipulated Market cap. SM has alluded to this happening since December/January, so it's been in the background for a while and the PPSA, which will more than likely be finished before they ring the Bell Friday, has held this up.
